The Mangngaggos enjoyed the night at the kubo-canteen of STR (Sirok ti Rangtay) River Resort singing their favorite songs into the videoke machine inspired of course by agua de pataranta accompanied by irresistible pulotans (tendered octopus, grilled talakitok, and sinigang nga udang). In the morning upon waking up, three of us came up with a personal mission: to search and capture the natural beauty of Wangag River and its surroundings.
Quickly, we deploy into the ground one by one. Aiming and taking the best shot all around. Investigating every details trapped in our cellphones' memory. Hoping to be rewarded with a great bounty. But when the call of nature hit the back of our bellies, we retreat into the canteen and regain our strength with a cup of coffee.

This road will lead you into the town proper about a kilometer away from here. This serves as the entrance/exit of the STR (Sirok ti Rangtay) River Resort. |

Some of the kubos for rent along the Wangag River. For a very cheap 50Php rent, you can relax and enjoy the fresh air and the peaceful view. |

This is one of my favorite shot! |
